Wrinkle cream-Lactocalmine

I am 39 years old woman and I found some wrinkles and patches on face skin 5 years ago. I used many facial creams to hide this but everything was useless. I consulted a skin specialist he prescribed "Lactocalmine" cream.

This cream has fulfilled my needs but only 50% now the wrinkles are still visible but not as before and the black patches have disappeared completely. The only problem with this cream is if I stop using this for one or two weeks again the patches and wrinkles are starting to grow. I think I have to continue this for another 5 years. This is good one but scared for using it for a long time.
